- Execution of FAR/BAR Residential Lease Agreement between Tenant and Owner
- Compliance with Fair Housing Law, Lead Based and Radon Gas Disclosures (if applicable)
- Collection of first month's rent and one month's security deposit upon execution of lease
- Prompt disbursement of security deposit and any additional advanced rent to owner
